Security Gate decals/devices are issued when application and proper documentation are received (subject to available inventory).
Applications are emailed to pwinkeljohn@gmssf.com or mailed to Special Taxing District, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise, FL 33351.

Documentation Required: Car registration, Driver's License (showing residency within the Taxing District)
Upon receipt of all requirements notice will be sent to applicant via email or text provided on the application.
Gate officers are authorized to issue the device/decal upon completion of all requirements.
